Based on years of research conducted by Roffey Park Institute, this practically oriented, interactive masterclass is designed to focus you on key aspects of organisational resilience to ensure that it becomes or remains a strategic priority. By casting the lens of resilience over a range of business priorities (falling into the categories of people and process), participants can audit their levels of organisational resilience and begin to consider how to address any gaps.
The session is designed to allow for sharing of deep insight and participant interaction. Through the knowledge and experience Roffey Park Institute has gained from their direct work in this area and together with cutting edge international best practice, participants will be introduced to a framework for evaluating organisational resilience.Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in relevant practical activities, network and ask questions.
