We start by getting alongside you, getting to know your organisation and the change you are looking for. We don’t offer what you don’t want or need. We focus on enabling the behavioural and organisational change you need, rather than simply delivering a programme. Drawing on our experience of working with people and organisations, we’ll design a customised programme for you, with you.


We treat learners as adults. We know that everything they do is with and through other people so we help them to work with their own context, working with ambiguity and with no predetermined answers – just like the real-world. We engage with learners and with their stakeholders to make sure that their learning has a direct impact and influence on the people around them. Sessions in this phase are experiential, designed to optimise deep learning, maximise communication and challenge thinking and behaviour. Getting the most from this phase requires communication, openness, self-awareness, curiosity, a growth mindset and future-focused outlook.


During this phase you practise new behaviours and apply different thinking back in the workplace,
reflecting and exploring what the impact had on both the learner and on the people around them. To
support learners we’ll provide online material, called Building Blocks, available to learn as and when they
need them from our online platform.

Connect and Reflect

In this third phase we bring learners back to explore the challenges and bumps experienced in the Practice phase. What worked, what didn’t, what you did differently and what was learnt – these questions and more are part of the process of relearning the learning again.

Change and Grow

Finally, we support learners to embed their learning and new approaches so they created added value in their team and across their organisation. This phase is all about developing the practice of continuous improvement, resilience, energy, perspective and collaboration. As a result, learners grow and learn to change by changing to learn.

Your Client Relationship Manager will be your key contact during every stage of the programme, from initial enquiry through discovery, design and review.

Programme Director

Your Programme Director is a member of our faculty team and is responsible for the design and content of your programme.

Client Programme Manager

Your Client Programme Manager organises the logistics and administration of your programme and supports your learners.

Our Delivery Approach

We deliver customised programmes where and when you need them – virtually, blended or face-to-face at your location or at our venue in West Sussex.

Our purpose-built dedicated training, events and conference venue is set in 40 acres of rural Sussex Countryside just five minutes from the M23 and 20 minutes from London Gatwick Airport. Access to fast trains from London and the rest of Sussex and the South Coast are easy with train stations located in nearby Horsham, Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport.

With 22 training rooms for 8 to 100 people we have a venue space to suit your need. All rooms have natural daylight, many with direct access to our grounds and air-conditioned. And with 60 bedrooms, gym, pool and restaurant there’s everything you need for your learning experience.
