This masterclass is designed to focus on overcoming the challenge of authentic leadership in times of crisis. The experience and best practice of how to hone authentic leadership skills will be shared by experienced leaders of international organisations, who share first-hand their insights of being an authentic leader in different contexts.

The masterclass is designed to allow for high levels of interaction. Using real life experiences and examples, speakers will share their lessons, insights and ideas on how to build or maintain focus on being an authentic leader. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in relevant practical activities, network and ask questions.
