Those of us involved in organisational change and development talk a lot about culture but do we spend enough time thinking about what that means? All organisations have a culture that we experience every day when we are at work, sometimes we are aware of it and sometimes not. However, it seems clear that workplace culture plays a vital role in the overall performance and satisfaction of employees in an organisation. Is it possible to transform organisational culture to support health and sustainability and therefore improve performance?
Facilitated by Roffey Park’s Dr Graham Curtis this session will look at what we can do to intervene in organisations to develop health, sustainability, productivity and growth. We will consider dialogic and diagnostic perspectives on change and how consultants can intervene in the process.

- How can we intervene in culture?
- How do consultants go about their work? and what do they actually do?
This session will provoke thinking and explore key concepts on what culture is, how culture change occurs and how OD can support these changes.
You will also have the opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences in a facilitated discussion forum and receive a copy of the presentation and outputs to share with your organisation.
