Embracing Change and Opportunity – Summer Camp

Join us at our virtual or residential Summer Camp

The dual economic and public health crisis will continue to pose once-in-a- generation challenges to teams and leaders across every industry.  Taking the place of business survival and economic shutdown will be systemic recalibrations that will continue to resonate through economies, societies and technology impacting us all.  Living with systemic change will be generational.

We will continue to be required to make decisions at speed, often without full information, with a multitude of unintended consequences that will echo for employees, customers, and sectors for some time to come.

We need to develop new playbooks for the future.  Grasping the opportunities of change whilst remaining agile and adaptable for the learning and failings we will certainly encounter.

This July we’d like to invite you join us in a reflective journey from 2020 into the near future. You will

  • Have an opportunity to pause and reflect on your current change journey.
  • Gain a deeper understanding on the leading approaches to change.
  • Connect and problem solve with a diverse network of organisations.
  • Using our distinctive social learning methodologies you will reflect on issues through the lens of others experience.
  • Engage in a powerful and practical exploration of change management.

The 4 sphere of the event allows participants to choose between the sessions as they go. You can creating your own path for self rediscovery, teamwork and organisational adaptability.

Global Focus

Tap into the the collective wisdom and experience from our international speakers. You and your fellow learners will understand how to generate effective change strategies for an uncertain world from our speakers experience.

Growth Mindset

Reflecting upon yourself and others individual experiences throughout the last year.  Look inwards at your own experience and learning, reflect back using the experience of the group.

We’ll create opportunities to learn and practice adaptability within groups.  In order to practically take your learning back to a team environment.

Two ways to join in.

Whether you are joining the on-site residential or virtual track, some sessions will converge online, and you will be able to engage with our global cohort, further widening your learning from participants across the globe and different organisational and cultural structures.

Virtual Track

Our virtual track allows you to build-your-own learning journey that caters to your own learning objectives. You will have a choice between series of interactive workshops, masterclasses and sessions focused on your reflection and retrospection crossing over the boundary of time and space, you would be joined by participants all around the world for a collaborative learning experience.

Residential Track

Join us for 3 days of learning at our institute in Horsham. You will get a chance to stay onsite and immerse in the full learning experience of a Roffey Park Institute course. There will be a whole range of activities planned for you, starting from morning yoga session to fun team activities and intense masterclass. There will be opportunities to network during this event and learn from everyone how they and their organisation deal with change management and adaptability.
