Can we build true connections virtually?
In recent times, due to the global Corona Virus pandemic, all of us working in executive and academic education had to adapt to deliver our services and support people’s education in an online/virtual environment. The development and practical use of tools and software programmes has exploded in a way that challenges our pre-pandemic assumptions on how to go about our work. At Roffey Park we have, both before and after the pandemic, focussed our approach on social and dialogic learning. That is learning through critically reflective discussions on the relationship between theory and practice.
Dr Graham Curtis will discuss Roffey Park Institute’s experience with a panel of our recently graduated MSc students for whom the entire process was conducted in a virtual environment. It will be an opportunity to explore with us the opportunities and challenges that come with delivering social and dialogic learning and development online
This is a free of charge event for leaders, HR, L&D and OD Professionals. Fill in the form below to register.
