Roffey Park Institute is proud to announce that it is an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Approved Centre.
Every year ILM qualify 70,000 leaders and managers, helping them develop the critical skills to succeed. Doing so makes a real difference to the present and future of workplaces in the UK and globally. ILM celebrate employers worldwide who are investing in their leaders. This is done by delivering global quality leadership, management, and coaching programmes. We’re delighted to partner with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
ILM is the UK’s leading provider of leadership, coaching and management qualifications and training. Roffey Park Institute decided to embrace ILM because of its flexibility in recognising the value of our unique approach to adult learning.
Roffey Park Institute will accredit a select number of our Leadership and Management programmes to offer participants a dual accredited ILM qualification. It also allows Roffey Park institute to offer several of our clients the option of getting their tailored in-house programmes accredited via ILM.

We are in the early stages of this relationship but we expect to be able to shortly provide a progression of ILM accredited open programmes. This being from Level 5 all the way to Level 7 t\hat applies our unique learning approach and methodology.’
Roffey Park Institutes programmes focus on impact and providing real benefit to the individual and their stakeholders through our unique learner journey. We are not changing what we stand for or the type of programmes we will offer our clients. What we are providing is additional recognition through ILM of the effort participants are making on a Roffey Park Programme.
