OD Practitioner Programme 7

Diploma in Organisational Development Practice

In today’s fast paced, ever changing business environment, an organisation’s ability to effectively respond to change is the key to survival and success. However, it is not the ‘organisation’ that decides when, why or how to respond, it’s the people within it. Organisation Development (OD) is rooted in the deep connection between business processes and structures and the people working with them.

Practising OD means balancing organisational growth, maturity and impact with human systems perspectives, to build an agile, resilient and emotionally intelligent workforce by promoting compassionate, ethical and sustainable leadership and people practices. It is concerned with creating high performing organisations and healthy cultures that foster a clear sense of purpose and meaning

Our OD Practitioner Programme has long been established as the leading programme for OD professionals across the world.  This OD practitioner course aims to increase your knowledge and understanding of OD as a discipline, providing opportunities to develop your skills and equip you with practical tools and thinking strategies that will shape your personal approach to OD, fit for your business context.

The Diploma in Organisational Development Practice is the next evolution of the OD Practitioner Programme. The programme has been reviewed, updated and redesigned to integrate certification in the market-leading Denison Consulting’s Organisation Cultural Survey© and to embed your learning through your own real-life OD project; providing both the opportunity and support, for your new skills to make an immediate business impact.
