Overview

This masterclass is designed to focus on enhancing the climate and culture of trust both on teams, and across the organisation. During times of challenge and redirection, trust can easily be misplaced and even eroded. The approach taken by managers and leaders in times of change can directly impact levels of trust from the perspectives of 1) the staff 2) external stakeholders.

The session is designed to stimulate thought, reflection and interaction. Using Roffey Park Institute research as the basis for the masterclass, insights and examples will be shared which will lead to lessons and ideas on how to build or maintain levels of trust especially when how we work has changed so dramatically. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in relevant practical activities, network and ask questions of the panel.
